This has happened on other sites when a small group has only some
info..and runs with it.
It's sad to see adults doing this, but they do.

I am from the opinion of serious and fun sides... depends on how I am

Just yesterday an old bait thread cam up from a fake... and, I didn't
read the original OP date...

I do have opinions, and such. I also have some serious thoughts about
certain issues...

Have seen threads like that before... Sometimes they are a release for
folks... haven't seen many here at all. But, I'm still a newbie
here

I don't want to feel as though I can't speak my mind. Been there, and
it's aweful.

I hear ya Buttons but the thread that Spay got banned in was one that
had been on going he got suckered into a heated argument with the other
person that came back and fell right into it. Along with another member
that fell in my accident also. Which is already back and understands
they fell into the game.

But regardless it is still up to each of us not to fall into someones
elses games they play and hurt anyone else for any reason. It is totaly
uncalled for.

Like it is said TREAT OTHERS THE WAY YOU WOULD WANT THEM TO TREAT YOU!

As long as we follow those rules then we will know it will not be us,
that had the intentions to hurt someone else.

Words do burn! Many might not think they do but.... they can and have
caused more damage than some will ever know.

So we should take time to think about what we say or do before those
actions can not be taken back.

People do forgive but.... words and actions are hard to forget at times.

most threads are bait for some kind of discussion.

And some folks have bad days ....and good days..


we are human, and stuff happens somtimes.

If a thread starts on one subject and turns somewhere else, Is that so
terrible? If an honest and legitimate debate transpires, Is that so
wrong?
As long as personal attacks (like our friend Mike says) don't transpire,
What's wrong with the exchange of ideas?
Sometimes such conversations can be heated and passionate, But that's
how we get to know each other isn't it?
If you don't care for the direction that a thread is going in, You're
free to chat elsewhere. I've had to force myself to stay away from the
political threads to avoid arguements. I also don't think anyone should
shy away from a "debate" for the sake of avoiding conflict. If you feel
strongly enough about a subject, You should have the right to defend
your point of view.
Is this "baiting"? I don't think so.

Keep it respectful. Simple enough.

no glenn those kind arent wrong when to not purposly be aimed at any one
person so as long as they are aimed at yourself.. or your own thoughts

i don't think there is anything wrong with a good debate

and if you want to get to know someone then ya need to get a little more
insight than what joke they like or fav color food and the like

but to let a debate degrade to the point of being mean and degrading

is totally unacceptaple

and sometimes a new thread is started to not distract from the original
thread tha went off topic
