Are you afraid of being alone in life? Very much so. Very. But for today, I choose to be. It is the only way to heal and change. Plus, I'm not truly alone....because I have my spirituality and my support system. But I know what you mean.... Edited to add: It is loneliness more than being alone that I fear most. I have been alone and fine. The loneliness can be unbearable.
