It shouldn't really be "what do women want?" It should be what do we want? Guys and Gals. Too much gender bashing... we are all people and a lot of us do have some bad experiences, but we shouldn't keep attacking the opposite sex because of them. Each women has an idea of what she is looking for, and probably is pretty specific as to what she does not want. Same with the guys, you pretty much know what you're looking for also, and again most definetely know what you do not want. Every one is an individual and you really can't just blurt out "what does this gender want?" and really be able to obtain the right answer for the whole group.

Expectations are a foundation for a resentment. I as a woman, know this for a fact. If you don't expect things from a man you won't get a resentment! Lean on your own self, and to your own self be true! When you put yourself first and take care of you, good things are sure to follow.

in some way, i agree with the OP.

i don't have a definite list of qualities and attributes that i desire in a mate.

i only know what it is i want when it hits me square in the face.

also, the same qualities that you find repulsive in a person you dislike, can endear you to another.

im not ever looking to get married again. Been there 2x done that & dont need it to be happy. I would however like to have a steady BF & companion to do things with.

Most ladies CLAIM to know what they want when they really don't. That's why they come up with that "we're totally wrong for each other but we can still be friends" stuff- so they can hedge their bets every time.

I believe women want to be loved just like the men the main problem between men and women is they do not communicate with one another.If the woman tells the man what she wants most men will try and give it to them.People are not hard to figure out all you have to do is talk and not be total jerk.
