Hey guys... If I could your help on this question, I would appreciate it. What went wrong when you were having a great time, and the guy was interested in you and kept making plans to see you, but then didn't follow through on the last date without a word? And then, they won't tell you what's going on... what went wrong? Idk and I'm so confused. What are some possibilities that could explain this?

I can't give you the correct answer since I was not there...but it might be that they are trying to let you go but do not know how to tell you. Just a thought, I may be wrong

Agreed. Sometimes us men are cowards! Wait, Did I just say that? indeed you did. but i can understand it. its really selfish, you have no idea the heartache and mental stress you are putting on another person cuz all you can think of is yourself! sorry. im ranting. |

Well all I can say is if you were my daughter that boy would be in for a down home ass kicking. Don't let it trouble you Angel. He obviously doesn't know his ass from a ash tray!
On a side note I have done this myself, my excuse was I am a shy person and was afraid of rejection. He may just feel your to good for him. Either case it's no excuse not to contact the person. |

A lot of Men "jack rabbit" at anything that could become serious. Or he could just be a player.
His recent actions could more than likely surface again if you get involved. Find someone that won't do that to you. |

I'm guessing he got cold feet. Maybe he is not ready to have an exclusive relationship yet and fears that this would happen with you because he likes you so much. Just a hunch.
And yes, he sounds cowardly and like it might be possible he met someone he could have a fling with. Probably doesn't know how to tell you and still hopes to keep you waiting in the wings, "just in case". In either case, he isn't mature enough or steadfast enough for what you seem to need. Forget him and move on. |
