I think in every parents eyes I think they could have done better. But considering the circumstance my parents did a pretty descent job

well my mom was pretty much both parents for my dad was hardly ever home, so i would have to say yes only to my mom... |

i was the first, so i think they raised me wrong on purpose. as a joke.
my dad would tell me that he raised me in the way that is most entertaining to him. needless to say i inherited his demented sense of humor. but i think they did ok on me. |

My Father passed when I was 15 and my Mum 23 years ago,, I have lived a life full of wrongs and some rights and I know they are proud of who I have become and who I will be... there Love was and will always be unconditional
and as they shake there heads from time to time,, I still believe I have made them proud.... I do know I am proud to call them Mum & Dad,,,

No, I turned out to be a pretty decent person in spite of all their attempts to make me a rich, arrogant prick like them.

Morally they raised me to be a pretty good person...but I'm maybe a bit too party animal for their liking.

Sad to say I learned from their bad examples.
For instance, I may have a mixed drink once every few months. |

I am sure they did... comming from a family of 4 brothers and 4 Sisters we were all taught to be very respectful to others and to each other and to this day we live up to there words, and even though my moother has passed on we carry out her wishes and have passed them on to our own familys.

My parents did the best they could, with what they knew & the situations they faced.
I know I raised my son, different & better; because I did not want hime to grow up as I had. I am proud to say; David is a better man than his father, at the same age. I had more education than my parents, but with what I know now, I could have done better. |

Well I must give that credit to my grandmother for she was the influence in my life. After my Mother passed away my Dad went on the road and lived the life of a Truck Driver doing the cross country thing.
But regardless I do feel that all are proud the way my brother and I turned out.

yeah,,,,,,,,a lot they taught me I chose to ignore for a number of years.But I could have been a lot worse if not for my upbringing. I've turned out all right in spite of myself and because of them

I was raised by ny single father, mostly I just grew but I did manage to turn out to be a well adjusted member of society with a good education and a decent occupation, so, yeah he did a good job.... |
