I need to shout from the mountain tops. I've lost 12 1/2 lbs in the last 12 weeks and 19 inches. I feel great. Haven't been this size for the past 8 yrs. Gonna keep going!!!!

Way to go girl. Nice and slow so it stays off. I know how happy you are. I loved it everytime I went down a size.
Just don't do what my girlfriend did -- go out and by new clothes everytime she went down a size. I only bought enough to get by on, because I knew I was going to lose more weight. Go out and buy your skinny, sexy dress and you will be in it real soon, I have faith in you!!!!

I have clothing that weighs 150....
Keep on losing or is it winning ? I am swearing off of fast food and it has made a huge difference . It is convenient but costly . Slow is the best way ....hmmmm. |

It's Saturday morning again and that means it was time to weigh and measure again. This is like a christmas present from me to me. I feel so much better. Lost another 2 lbs this week and another 1 3/4". Just keeps melting off. I have been this size in 8 yrs!!!! Of course, all this dancing for joy will help me melt off a few more lbs.
Total - 14 1/2 lbs, 20 3/4" I'll have to get some new pics over the holidays.
