Telling me to go kick a puppy is good social skills? Maybe it's proper social skills as long as he thinks it's ok?  I guess. Tell me, can you get a good job if you don't know how to fill out an application? |

It doesn't pay to fight with these people, because doing the right thing instead of making excuses is obviously far too much of a concept for them.
So, I'll just keep it in mind for when I build a new house. If the drywallers leave the sheetrock 2 inches from the ceiling, I'll just say, "Oh, that's okay, they're good people." Or if I have to get a new transmission for my vehicle, I'll take it to a mechanic I know is incompetent, but it's okay because he's a good person. Nobody knows (or cares) about Personal Accountability anymore. |

I was implying that you are a mean and thoughtless person, who's likely to be more prone to to attack a weaker person, than to let them express themself in their own way, for better or worse. imo Oh...yep, I am just the meanest thing you'll ever meet. But I'd rather be mean than stupid. And not knowing how to communicate is NOT weakness...it is stupidity. My dad used to say " son...never wrestle with a pig...you both get dirty but the pig's the only one havin fun" He could barely read or write but he retired at 52, owns a summer home, has the warm embrace of his family and is enjoying his life to the max. I guess he's stupid by your standards... That's it for me. I stated my opinion and I'm done. |

Grammar and spelling doesn't bother me, it's punctuation. Or lack of. I'm usually "smart" enough to figger out what they're sayin'. JMO

For those of you who don't care much about grammar or spelling, why do some of you get offended if someone points out a mistake? If you really didn't care, you wouldn't be offended.

it's a presentation and perception
you present an image to the internet in hopes of attracting a member of the opposite sex and the potential mates out there percieve you from the way you present yourself if you appear charming and articulate then that's the type you'll attract if you appear sloppy and illiterate then THAT is the type you'll attract |

Improper grammar and spelling is not a weakness, it is a lack of knowledge. Plain and simple. wrong and you know it is wrong i already proved it to you |

 There, but for your grace, am I; and once I was there, and knew joy.  I pleased nobody, except you,  by enjoying the life I lived in trust.  Help me, Lord, to prove myself humble, and meek,  for I should not bring haughtiness to light in any thing that I say or do,  lest you be ashamed of me;  for my words are from olden times  and my mind too slow for this new world  wherein people assume to know of me  from the silliness that I write.

I keep seeing people getting bashed for their inability's to use proper grammar/spelling. Why point out someones flaws like its such a bad thing? One person's weakness is another persons strength, for what you lack in one department you make up for in another. What ever happened to being kind to your fellow man/woman?  Hint: Cheat. use Firefox web browser, it will correct your spelling.
