Do you get irritated when someone says they will call in a hour and they don't? Even if you know that they had company, and might not of got rid of them until late. Do you still expect that person to call or email you to explain why they didn't call when they said that they would?

No (unless it's important) because I'm the same way, sometimes people get caught up doing other things when they call they will explain.

For me no ,but Iam notorious for not being a clockwatcher unless it's really important .I usually have so many pots in the fire at once that I get distracted sometimes .I am not a regimented person anymore because I don't have to be ! My bad .

Humm honestly no for I have done the same thing at times we get lost in the moment or if you have company over you can't just stop what your doing and call someone. But....then that is why I never say I will call ya in a hour 15 minutes ect.. I normally say I will catch you later.

I understand if someone gets busy or has an unforeseen circumstance that prevents them from contacting me, but I don't accept it when someone says they will and you don't hear from them for a week. I think that is inconsiderate. It takes 2 minutes to let someone know that you have a problem and will get back as soon as you're able. I don't do it to other people and I don't like it when it's done to me. There are too many ways to contact someone. You can email, txt, phone, whatever....

'I will try but I can't guarentee to call back.' Because I am so anal retentive about this... I think that I will just explain to the person about my position... b/c it hasn't come up before. |

I kinda feel like it he felt it was too late to call... why couldn't he have taken the 5 minutes to hop on the computer and send an email. JMO |

If I make a promise, give my word, or something to that effect, then I keep it. I dunno....maybe I just suck at being a liar. |
