We had pasta with sausage marinara sauce tonight!

blue sky - has to do with the way light is scattered when it hits
particles in the atmosphere.

Sleep - yes I slept well last night

Do not know exactly what the parameters are.. I think I have meditated


Are there rules for it?

yes i do sometimes

its rather relaxing


does meditation work for you

there are many kinds of meditation ... it is about being mindful as
opposed to the common notion of the mind being empty.

Washing the dishes mindfully can be meditative. Getting lost in the
dance of the fire can be meditative. Counting steps can be meditative.
A walk in nature can be meditative. Sitting and chanting can be
meditative. Sitting in silence can be meditative.

It is about your journey inward. And yes, I do practice mindfulness.



Do you wonder how a person arrives at a place in their life?

Fallin...After the clarification..Yes it works

ArtsyGurl... No, I actually do not wonder how a person got to where they
are in life...It is all a matter of choice, I believe. Granted...where
you start may affect your paths...


Do you wonder things like that?

I do wonder. I am naturally curious about people. Who we are, what we
care about, what inspires us, what we fear, why we make the decisions we
do - in spite of ourselves sometimes. I sometimes wonder what series of
events led a person to a place.... all choices yes, but it is my nature
to try to understand...
