Just putting my two cents in...I think the idea of your wife being your
best friend is great but she can't be your only friend....if and when I
finally find love- I am not going to stop being social. I couldn't be
with someone that tried to destroy my inner social butterfly :)

I'm not asking if i should take him back....i think you all
misunderstood me...it's more - should I support him and still talk to
him or ignore him and make him find his own way. I am not in any way
taking him back...I'm very actively looking for a healthier relationship
lol

Forrest- what do you mean be a woman about it? I've been nothing but a
woman to this man...supporting him and transporting him everywhere...oh
yeah i left out the part where I paid for everything while dating and i
was his ride everywhere cause he doesn't have a license...and is 30
years old. So don't tell me to be woman about anything...I've done more
than my share for him and never expected crap in return.

I've been thinking through all these same thoughts this entire
time...and no i don't want to be a doormat and yes I do think its an
attention tactic...I mean come on- you're homeless with a cell phone???

I told him to never contact me again unless he gets his life in order
and then MAYBE we can continue to be friends...but I'll never enter
another relationship with him...or anyone like him.

Okay here's the situation...

My friends set me up with this guy about two months ago...we didn't
start to really seriously date until about four weeks ago. Last week I
left him because he lied to me about being over his ex-girlfriends
house...what they did, I may never know, but the fact is- he lied.

Now he's text messageing me that he misses me and loves me...and is
about to end it all...He got kicked out of his home becuase his family
does not approve of the ex-girlfriend...so now he's living under some
bridge. He doesn't have a job and he doesn't have any one to turn
to...even the ex has turned her back on him...again.

So my question to you all tonight is this- what do I do? I really did
start to care for him but do I stick around and help him even though he
hurt me or do I turn my back on him like everyone else has?? What would
you do?

Hey all....long time no see!!! Been a bit crazy here but I wanted to
