But every girl wants a nice guy... right? So why is it so hard for nice guys to find a NORMAL girl? I've got to be the most compassionate, kind, and caring guy there is, but I've only been able to find horrible girlfriends; girlfriends who cut themselfs, are "clinically depressed", have "issues" in general... I think I'm just too nice... really though. I need to start "not giving a ****" about people... like other guys... they seem to be able to get good girlfriends. Meh. Just venting. What do you think? Your picking the wrong women, nice guys finish last because they put themselves last...i eats nice guys, and you are the new menu item.

I actually AM a " nice guy ". But, as my ex found out rather quickly, I am definitely not the type to take a bunch of crap from anyone.
Her and I had some serious knockdown drag out fights, but she always knew that I wasn't going to just sit there and do nothing. I don't like fighting and arguing...but I'm not so averse to it that I'll be pushed around either. |

I actually AM a " nice guy ". But, as my ex found out rather quickly, I am definitely not the type to take a bunch of crap from anyone. Her and I had some serious knockdown drag out fights, but she always knew that I wasn't going to just sit there and do nothing. I don't like fighting and arguing...but I'm not so averse to it that I'll be pushed around either. I agree.. I like a nice/good guy but NOT a pushover, that's just dumb.. I can be nice and I can be a real b*tch, it's usually up to those around me how they're treated... I'm never mean without being instigated and even then I try to stay nice... |

Well..it takes a lot to find the limits of my " nice ". Once someone finds it, though, and passes that limit, there is no more " nice ". If it's someone I am in a relationship with ( my ex for example ) I'll fight back, but once the fight is over I am back to normal. |

Well..it takes a lot to find the limits of my " nice ". Once someone finds it, though, and passes that limit, there is no more " nice ". If it's someone I am in a relationship with ( my ex for example ) I'll fight back, but once the fight is over I am back to normal. Even the nicest of people have limits...if you push your way past mine (and trust me, that takes some doing...) there is no going back. I'll still be nice to you - or maybe civil is a better word...but I won't trust you and I sure as heck won't lay down and take any crap... Nice doesn't mean stupid! |

Because when someone decides to fight with me...that's just about the only thing that causes me to lose my " nice ". Especially when it's fights about minor stuff. Maybe argument would have been a better word to use. But with my ex....it was always a fight. |
