its so strange that i'm seeing this thread here today... last night i dreamt that i was pregnant... i wasn't "showing" yet but i was going through the emotions and internal thought process of what that actually meant for my life... the utter terror of my friends at uni seeing me when i start to show, of getting stretch marks and enduring childbirth, the love i was beginning to feel for the baby developing inside me... and it seemed so utterly real... it didnt feel like a dream at all... ...and the strangest part is that i woke up and touched my tummy and was slightly disappointed that it wasn't true mind you i am the complete 180 degree opposite of what you would consider a woman with a maternal instinct... i guess only the people who know me would be aware of how out of character that dream was |

i dream in crazy technicolor scenes... whole situations like going on a trip to see a textile factory in bolivia and the bus teetered on a ledge to get there. strange...
getting chased through a screwed up theme park with ugly 1970's curtains and an old crappy boat ride... my whole family becoming posessed and working at the twisted version of disneyland. that i woke up, opened my eyes and a giant bee walked across my eyeball and face. that i shot my uncle and then was crowned the queen of canada for doing it. i've never been to canada... that a huge cupcake ate me. wow.. i'm messed up. |

My most vivid & memorable dreams usually center upon the Apocolypse, alien invasion & nuclear holocaust... I'm always trying to save people but the ignorant ba$tardos won't let me!
I need help, I think.. |

I went through a year or so where I rarely remembered any dreams after a lifetime full of them. Thankfully, I'm starting to remember my dreams in more detail again.
I can recall having 5 or 6 distinctive dreams last night. Only remember the last one, in which I was playing Overlord on my xbox 360. My most common dreams include: Dreams in which family members are antagonizing or berating me. These are my worst, even worse than vivid nightmares because the after-effect is harder to shake off. I frequently wake up from these with a feeling of rage that persists 5 or 10 minutes after I've woken. Dreams of a zombie holocaust, in which everyone is a zombie but me. Dreams involving spiders. Dreams in which I'm being chased or antagonized by strangers, usually culminating in me attacking them and them responding with some impossible feat, like the twisting of my limbs into infinite shapes. Dreams in which I'm someone else. Dreams in which I'm alone in an unfamiliar building. Dreams in which I am high above the clouds somewhere, and unseen forces threaten to blow me away. Dreams in which I'm either trapped in an elevator or find myself continuously compelled to board one. My worst feeling of terror usually accompanies these dreams, as I am at the mercy of the elevator once I'm on it. Curiously, however, I am not claustrophobic, and am not afraid of elevators in general, but I'll always use the stairs if I've recently had this dream. |

Last Sunday night I dreamed - VIVIDLY of a puppy someone gave me as a gift. It came out of a box, I saw it's face, it's markings, checked it's gender and even gave it a name!
I like dogs but am not an "I love every dog I see" person and am absolutely NOT interested in having another one right now in my life. Also can't imagine EVER getting one as a gift! This was a weird dream! |

I had a dream last week that my boss was telling me to punch a female client in the stomach and that I wasn't hitting hard enough. I never had a dream like this before.

One of the dreams I've had recently is coming back to me. In it, I was on a bus. There was another bus in the next lane, full of women. This dude on my bus approached me and swore that he knew one of the women on the bus and that she liked me.
I had strong suspicions that the guy was lying in order to make fun of my loneliness, but he followed me off the bus and continually insisted that I meet this woman. Finally, to humor him and to make him leave me alone, I said ok. He led me to this women's student dorm and seemed to be picking random blondes to chat up. Although he had led me to this place to hook me up, he was now ignoring my presence, and my irritation grew. Finally, he found this hot blonde and introduced us, and to my surprise I found that I liked her and she liked me. We were about to go on a date, but then I woke up and said DAMMIT! |

What is the strangest dream you've had? I had a dream that a girl from this site sent me an e-mail with no spelling mistakes, and all the apostrophes were in the right place. She told me she lived six miles away from me, had read both of my books, and had enjoyed them immensely. She then said she wanted to meet me and see what would happen. Since I knew that could never happen in real life, I automatically assumed I was dreaming and changed it to a dream about robots building a statue of Bob Saget on the moon. Something more plausible. |

I dreamed last night that I beat the sh!t out of my X's BF then tossed him over and watched him fall from a two story building. He looked like he might be dead.
The strange part of the dream was that I told someone to call for an ambulance. |
