I am thankful for love!

And I am thankful for hope...




And I am thankful for all my friends I have met in my life. without ANY of you, I would not be who I am today. I would not have weathered so many storms, I would not have found the strength to accept my decisions. I would have given up when times got tough, I would have left school during Fundamentals of Electronics (special thanks to Wraith and tngxl65), I would have given up on love when love stopped to quickly (special thanks to izzie, OC, FAK, rara, pacificstar, princess, and many others), I would have never gotten to voice my thanks to our troops (special thanks to Rapunzel), I would have never gotten to know some very special people (special thanks to MindyMindy for introducing me to Pete0909, HawaiiMusikMan, or GeniuSxBoY).

I thank mythicalman22 for showing me that even in our worst pain, we can open our hearts to others.

I thank DTHRomeo for being such a good friend and weathering so much with me.

I thank HMontana for taking a chance on a friend.

I thank Mindsi for introducing me to a new world of fun and laughter during gaming nights!

I thank Death'sTreaty for reminding me that life is yours for the taking.

I thank MirrorMirror for being there for me when I needed a cute monkey hug to cheer me up.

I thank Wonderbread for being so damn hilarious!

Oh, I have so many friends to thank and not enough room! Or time! (I was supposed to be at work 30 minutes ago! eek!)


But most of all, I thank Engraven_Image for bringing life back to this old heart and bringing back the joy in my life since my daughter's been gone.

Truly better than I ever expected......

My doggy Gizmo, he has taught me to slow down and appreciate the little things in life.

I'm thankful for my friends and family...but most of all for my best friend Awolf, who keeps me sane after I've been around my friends and family too long.

The air I breath, the seconds on a clock, the clouds as they pass over, the life I was determined to keep and get back. As well as my mingle friends, not really anyone in particular aside from Buffry for letting me have a blast with her on two occasions and again this weekend!

I am truely thankful for you baby!!!!

For everything, even the bad stuff I have gone through, it made me remember what was important every time. I am thankful for having been there done that and not going back, lol all though we do go back, its still worth it to know where you stand now. I am thankful for all my family even the weirdos and otherwise and the ones I am still trying to figure out. I am thankful for letting go and letting life be. I am thankful for all the good lord gave me. I am thankful for all he took away. He knows why he did and I accept that, when the time is right, i will know too. I am thankful for all my mental friends, they remind me, we are all a little bit crazy, and that the crazy people can be some of the sanest people you can know sometimes. I am thankful for love, and that it still exists, though I have never been married or had children, I am thankful that those who I have dated or had a relationship with are moving forward and finding a new day with love and hope. I am thankful I don't know everything, cause that is not my job. I am thankful for Berry lee, Waynester, Jim the tool man, My Dragon, my family, Terrie, and even my old cat Spooky ooky, giggles. happy Thankeygiving ya'll. Thank you for being you. Rock on! Eat the pie! Eat it! lol

oooh I love cimmnin rolls, yummers! I am thankful to my mama, for teaching me how to make sage stuffing and red chili with pork chops. yummers!

im thankful for my children. and that they are in my home and asleep...and i get to take them to school in the morning.

Im thankful for Chris...because I love him....and i envision a beautiful life with him.

im thankful that my house is clean.

Im thankful that i have a telephone, the net, and electricity, and food in the fridge (my kids will debate this)

I am most thankful for my Sister. She has been there for me when noone else has been and she has been accepting and forgiving of all my faults. She is only 12 and cannot understand the impact she has had in my life she has saved me so many times from going off the edge.


I am also thankful for the many people I have had the pleasure of getting to know this year since being active on this site.
I am thankful for my wonderful family and everything they do for me. Even when I am a total know it all b*tch.

I am most thankful that my Dad had his guardian angel watching over him today.

Someone pulled a gun on him and tried to rob him in broad day light as he left the store where he had shopped.

The angel came in the form of a man sitting in his car waiting on his wife that was also shopping in the store.

He saw the man pull the gun on my father as he unlocked his car. He repeatedly hit his horn and then drove his car at the man that was trying to hurt my dad. The guy ran away. My dad wasn't hurt, but he is shaken up. This man stayed with my dad until he was calm enough to drive home.

For this guardian angel I am truly thankful

I'm thankful for good friends and family. Oh and old dutch cheese popcorn...yum.

I am thankful for the soldiers past, present and future that fight for my right to make a thankful thread on Mingle.

I am thankful for the civil servants that do their job (even if it means giving me a ticket) and keep citizens safe and being good.

I am thankful for the life I was given. I do not regret one bit of it.

I am thankful to Matt, Mike, & Vanchau for creating this site in which I have had the pleasure and honor of expanding my boundaries from here in Wichita, KS to good friends in Japan, New York, my home state of California, etc.

Even my daughter has made some friends with the children of other single parents that we went on play dates with.
