Uuuuuuugghhhh jaggyyy whats the best thing to do for period pain and nausea  i mean like when you try to take painkillers but you keep puking them up along with every last vestige of stomach contents.... so the painkillers cant work.... need... natural remedies... positons to lie down... something... uuughhh... *runs to bathroom* I am TOTALLY the wrong person to be trying to answer that one. Any ladies care to take a crack at that one for me??? lol |

Any ladies care to take a crack at that one for me??? lol a heating pad. and warm milk soy is best make sure you're hydrated and my doc said to start taking ibuprofen 4 or 5 days before apparently that stuff works best when it is built up in your system over time it will make me sick if I take it without eating maybe it is the pain meds causing you to puke? sorry hun I know it isn't much but it's all I got

why is it some people think a job is easily replaced? Some people just have their heads in the sand about how bad things really are right now. Some just don't care. my relief called out "sick" for a week at thanksgiving (she said she didnt want to work the hoildays), then tonight she was a no show. must be nice not to need a job. Boy. I wish I could have done that. |
