Is there a way to break the M2 habit and go back to accomplishing productive things after work? Is there a point to doing so?

Uuuuuuugghhhh jaggyyy whats the best thing to do for period pain and nausea i mean like when you try to take painkillers but you keep puking them up along with every last vestige of stomach contents.... so the painkillers cant work.... need... natural remedies... positons to lie down... something... uuughhh... runs to bathroom

why is it some people think a job is easily replaced? my relief called out "sick" for a week at thanksgiving (she said she didnt want to work the hoildays), then tonight she was a no show. must be nice not to need a job.
