JustAGuy; why do cordless phones still have cords? Cordless refers to there being no cord between the phone and the handset. A cord is still necessary to get the power from the wall outlet to the phone itself. Unless, of course, someone invents a phone that runs on solar power. :-) |

Why are they called "polka dots?" I get the "dots" part...what does it have to do with oompah music? Well..ever heard of a " polka party " ??? In this case...the " party " can be ON your pants, rather than IN them. :-) I'm not even gonna touch that one...just know that I'm laughing a little while I head off to work this morning!

No, it was a different something... not connected to my blood gluscose stuff... but I appreciate you asking. Howbeit, since you asked... I have missed my meds for 3 days now... was doing very good for many days. I don't know if that is connected or what... probably should ask my Doc, but there is no excuse for me trashing people here today, I do know that. Tman...no excuses! Take the meds! No missed days! You know how important it is and don't need me or anyone else in this thread telling you... Even Batman would agree! |

every morning about 6:00, I take a really good p!ss. About 6:30 I take a great big old dump. Why can't I get up before 7:00?

That sounds very promising... one of the references works in the DAs office & her atty heard her talking and took it upon themselves to call the organization directly to offer an unsolicited reference! JAG...how do I keep from getting my hopes up too high before an offer is made...I mean...geez...don't wanna jinx it! |
