I haven't read the books but my 12year old Sister is in the process. She loves them and is having a Twilight slumber party the night she and her friends go see the movie. I think i'll read the books when she is done with them all, they sound interesting.

As a vampire and teen book fanatic, I look forward to the movie. It looks fun, I agree that it looks like a made for tv kind of thing though, something about the color of it, all gray and blue and stuff. However, I think it will be cool. Personally I am waiting for the next Harry Potter movie and aslo I am looking forward to the coming out of Wall-e, giggles

I haven't read them yet but my 13 year old son has gone nuts over them. I'm hoping to take him opening night, if he doesn't go with friends.

I'm so happy that I have finally found someone that's read four of the books. I stayed up for four days reading each book. It was crazy cause when I first bought the first one twilight I just wanted to read the book before the movie came out. I love vampire romance novels so I was just trying to get the inside scoop on the movie.But when I read the book and got to the end around four am. I had to know what was gonna happen with Jasper and the blood.Next thing I know I'm in target buying the New Moon. and three days later I"m finished the whole saga. Now I can't wait until friday. I'm Praying that they really do the books some jutice.

I usually don't go for vampire books, but I did like the first few of the Interview with the vampire series. From the buzz, I'm curious about them. Has anyone not liked them?

Yeah, I remember when the Anne Rice Vampire books were huge.Everybody I have heard that has read the Twilight books had liked them.
