Carold I can't wait!!! Putting my beer on ice and packing my saddle bags. YeeHaw!!!!!!! This reminds me of the time several years ago several buddies of mine and myself packed into the wilderness here to spend several days there. We spent two days hicking to a lake seventeen miles into the mountains and when we got there one of my buddies reached deep into my pack and pulled out two six packs of beer. I wondered why my pack was so heavy. I'd of knocked him down if I could have got myself up off the ground. I don't ride unless the Saddle bags have beer. My saddle bags hold close to 2 six packs. I usally only carry one. Have to drive back after the ride. I usally only drink four and share the rest. Tommorrow looks like it is going to be rough one, got to help girlfriend with her new horse she is afraid of it. So I my have to give up my horse to ride that green horse. Better pad my butt. Alot of people in this country ride. With mile after long mile of mountain trails some people will ride into the mountains and spend several days there, or till there beer runs out. lol. In the 40's probably get up into the 60's today :) Riding weather HG sounds nice. I wouldn't mind a day in the 60's. We won't see that here till about March, if we're lucky, could be as late as April. Winters just seem to linger in these mountains not wanting to give way to spring and warm weather. Our winter is like your fall. That does it.......I'm going back to bed till spring. LOL I bet it can get pretty cold up there. Last winter we had weeks of zero and below. With wind chill at times we were 40+ below. Yes it can get really cold here. But summers here are worth it. This winter so far is very mild. Yeah I go to Michigan in the summer beautiful up there. Not good here in the summer too hot.

24 degrees right now here but sun is up and the high is supposed to go to 42. Thats not bad.

HI everyone, still cold here, had ice and snow last night, cold today, tomorrow going to be 50. LOL Came in a while ago and 2 big deer standing near my driveway just grazing away.. I hated to get out because I knew they would run..

What are you doing up this early? I always get up early. It is a habit use to have to be at work at 5. I opened up the county offices for the schools, nobody really knows what goes on behind the scenes. I did early morning dispatch for school maintance.
