when I lived in Italy i walked around with a sh*t eating grin 24/7 gulp !!...the food was that good ?...lol...re-gulp !! 
just Like a Good Italian Boy, when things get really interest they try to stuff you with sausage, canoli, and etc.... that should be...a good Catholic Italian boy...  ...
what...no pizza ?...lol I'm curious. You say "good Catholic boy" a lot. Does that mean that people of other religions can't be good? Is it only the Catholic religion? |

I think it is just a "saying" that they have .....sort of joking about themselves...i.e. "I did everything the priest told me to....I said all my hail Mary's, etc....."I am a good little Catholic girl/boy."
