Right... I'm not all that happy about Obama getting the spot, but honestly I would rather him than McCain. With Obama I am awaiting to see what he will accomplish, with McCain I already knew where we would be going (the same direction as the last 8 years).

years of night mares began for me when i read the constitution and see how many rights were ****ed with from the time i was born till now, and it continues because we are all sleeping dumb asses that think we are allowed only to vote for republican or liberal candidates.

Got out of the car and 30 minutes later, I was back in the car.

My parents took 30 minutes. One friend took 15 min.

But...another friend took 2 hrs.

Guess what I did? I was on Hampton at an electrician's hall making calls for Obama's campaign. I was seeing if anybody needed a ride to vote. That was the first time I've done something like that.

Only one person hadn't voted yet and they had a ride. Both sides have contracts with cabs to drive people to the polls.

I think everybody voted early in the day. I heard people saying that they waited in line at 5:30 a.m. Yikes!

I didnt know that about the cabs. Pretty neat.

I heard much of the same about the early birds.

after all (i will be the first to say it) obama and his cronies are in total control (56 senetors at least out of 100) (251 congress persons at least out of what 435)
