Medical Marijauna in Michigan Whos moving back. Medical Marijauna being legalized in michigan doesn't mean that everyone will be able to light up. If someone get caught and doesn't have documentation, they will probably be prosecuted harshly. I and many other voted to legalize it for MEDICAL REASONS, Michigan is not an extreme liberal state like oregon and california. Marijauna will never be legal in Michigan for common use. Have you ever went to Ann Arbor. And like California all you have to do is find the right doctor.
