Ahh yes...

Sane, respectful all American supporters of the democratic process.

I'll buy a Cooper gun again the day they make this right.

Why aren't others standing up for this man? I know why. Because he stands outside the big money.

The NRA doesn't give a rat's ass about real people. It cares about perpetuating the institution. If they don't who will pay their salaries?

So much for for free will and thought.

How is this right?

STEVENSVILLE, Mont., Oct. 31 (UPI) -- The namesake of Montana-based Cooper Firearms has been asked to resign as president of the company after he expressed support for Barack Obama.

The company said it asked Dan Cooper, founder and part owner of Cooper Firearms, to resign as president after he voiced support for the Democratic Illinois senator's bid for president in a USA Today interview published Tuesday, USA Today reported Friday.

"Although we all believe everyone has a right to vote and donate as they see fit, it has become apparent that the fallout may affect more than just Mr. Cooper," the company said in a statement on its Web site Wednesday. "It may also affect the employees and the shareholders of Cooper Firearms. The board of directors has asked Mr. Cooper to resign as president."

Cooper, who said he usually votes Republican, told the paper in the interview he planned to vote for Obama "probably because of the war. And also because the Republican Party has moved so far right in recent years."

Cooper said Thursday he had submitted his resignation to the board.

"There is nothing on this earth I will not do for my employees ... When the Internet anger turned on these innocent people, I felt it was important to distance myself from the company so as not to cause any further harm," he said.

I'm far too passionate about this country and patriotism there to to remain a mere spectator to it's eventual, seemingly evolutionary destruction from within. I am a registered republican that has slipped from the monster's grasp. Greed has replaced democracy and honor, leaving the names of their respective parties, republican and democratic, nothing more than playpens full of spoiled, bickering infants. I consider myself a conservative independant.

I pray each and every day, each and every time I witness another liberal rip rights from the backs of the silent majority, only to award them to the pockets of the ever growing "squeaky wheels" of this nation.

This is still a free country. BUT, to every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction. Mr Cooper has the right to endorse or reject either of the nominees, but should his employer suffer the consequences from it?

PLEASE research Senator Obama's stand on the second amendment. A peek at the NRA website may enlighten you as well.

If guns are outlawed, only outlaws will have guns.

If I've misspelled a word, is it the fault of my keyboard?

Thank you for reading and keeping an open mind.

GOD BLESS AMERICA!

People can not think outside of the Democrat VS republican BOX. Everyone thinks that who the next president is, Or rather What he is, will somehow mean something.

If Mcain gets the presidentsy, What will change?
The national debt?
The number of children that dissaper every year?
The crime rate?

NOT ONE THING WILL CHANGE.

Nor will ANYTHING change if obama gets the position.

no one knows the answers to the above questions, And thay dont even CARE. And that is the reason why NOT ONE THING WILL CHANGE. It is the people who make a nation what it is, not the rulers.

And the two puppets that everyone is crying about dont address the real problems in this country, Because their purpose is to draw attention away from those things.

When i was accused of being a terrorist for possesing an American Rifleman magazine, the NRA did not do anything about it. cooper is showing what he is made of by endorsing a socalist. The people who are trying to run cooper out are showing what thay are made of by supporting another socalist.
"Our socialist who dosnt care about the real problems is better than your socalist who dosent care about the real problems"

The president never once passed legislation. Write to your representatives, vote and make yourself heard.

There SCOTUS recently affirmed your right to bear arms.

Do you understand the legislative and judicial processes?

Even if Obama thought no one should own a gun he couldn't do Muck all about it right now.

You have a hook in your mouth and the people in the NRA are reeling it in. They buy and sell their support like every other political whore.

If you think I am wrong ask yourself...

What keeps the friggin' NRA officers in their phat positions?

If you think they give a rat's ass about the common man you are wrong. They are lining their pockets on your fears.

The real issues about guns and gun ownership are being obscured by political horse$hit.

Open your eyes. You are being had.

Here is a guy who's company depends on gun sales and he is supporting Obama.

He is being forced out by perceptions not by reality.

WTH is that?

Pretty sure your guns don't keep me free. They may, however, keep me awake at night.
