Darlin I am sorry that you had to have that kind of encounter. It truely is stunning when you don't expect it.
I so hoped that by the time folks your age came along all that all that mess would be over. I have spent most of my life fighting it and I know a lot of others too. Gives you an appeciation for what your Grandparents and maybe Parents had to face and overcome. That you are confident, bright, and independent probably scares the stuff out of him. Racism is usually based in failure and fear. I would agree with blocking and reporting him. However; I wouldn't respond to him. People like him are like cockroaches they send their cousins out to leave their filth while they are breeding in the walls. Unfortuneately some of these cowards have actively used the computer for years and will harass you and pass your screen name around if you allow yourself to be drawn into and arguement with them. It is easy to think these people are ignorant and harmless but don't fool yourself they have in some cases tremendous resources and skills. |

So just now i was minding my own business surfing the net and got an email on mingle from some random 66 year old guy who must've randomly come across my profile which reads... "Believe me, I would NEVER look for an intimate encounter with YOU! Are you an aboriginal? You probably have the same welfare mentality as the American blacks--SO SAD" paused for a second and was flabbergasted... Have a nice day sir ignore this person - shame his ignorance is so out there.
