i was wondering how many of you guys/girls said to ur ex that "i'll always love you" or "i'll love you forever" and you still do?

I said it and I ment it then and to some degree still do but when someone does not reciprocate that love it dies and you have to face the facts. I may have some feelings for the love I committed to but I am more committed to having a true love in my life and honoring him with the love I still have in my soul. There is no single source or finite amount of love that can come from a willing heart. Had my Ex recieved and cherished the love I promised I guarantee you it would still be triving to this day and whatever more I could offer.

He made sure I didn't have any feelings left for him before the divorce. If not for our children, I wouldn't care if I never saw him again.
