The pic that's up right now, was put there mainly because when I first joined, I couldn't think of a name that wasn't already taken or to use it I had to add a bunch of #'s or something. I don't like what I chose now...the tag was made for me a long time ago and it has my name in it. it wasn't to make anyone look, I just got tired of being called "onemore" and the first time someone called me OMTA..I sat for 15 min trying to figure out what OMTA meant.

As far as the rules go on this site they do recommend that you at least have a picture of yourself within your pictures. But it is not a rule that you have to do this only a suggestion. But....if at anytime a user is posting a pic of a celebrity and leads others to believe it is truly them then yes you should report them. This site gives all the choice to put up other pictures of what ever they choose as long as it is not offensive to others or against the rules. There are many other sites that require if you post a picture it must be you but they don't require you to have a picture up therefore you end up with no picture just what ever the site shows. But in the long run even if a site requires a recent picture does not mean it will be. Always ask if the picture is actually them. I have noticed if they are studio pics only then beware or at least ask them. Communication is vital. As far as talking to those on the forums I could careless if they have a pic up or not now if I'm interested in them then yeah I will ask to see a picture. So when it comes down to it it is up to each one to ask questions. |

I was actually waiting on this issue to come up. Someone always finds a way to try to enforce the "rules". (not saying your doing that now)
I agree that even if you only put up pictures of a real person, who's to say that is actually you? The avatars confused the heck out of me at first, but in stealth mode I can remind myself who someone is...  ...by peeking in at their profile. Personality shines through in their choices as well.
Now maybe if I had just used some pics of a young blonde thang I would have a cyber boyfriend by now....
