I'm not sure about THE one. I have two FRIENDS..not acquantance friends or good friends, but those real friends that you'd trust your life to. We don't have to be "in each other's faces" all the time, we can go for months (since states separate us) and not talk at all but when we do, it's like picking right up from the last time we talked. We know that at any moment if either of us need each other, we'd be right there. To me, it's just a different kind of connection that you don't have with everyone else you meet. They know me better (my soul) then anyone else even my family. See, this is more of what i'm interested in hearing. It's saying to me that your being honest with yourself. your saying you haven't been there but you have an open mind to it. It's when people think they know somthing when there really don't, tells me that there is some more searchingn they need to do. |

doubt it would freak me out - to each their own is how I like to live my life Do you  So "gifted" people don't freak you out?..you'd be one of the very few that it didn't..lol  but LOM - we are all gifted, some just tune in and others dont  sorry OP

What a soul mate is when not one person on this site has ever had that? It's somthing i see on all sites and a hell of alot of people seem to think they know what one is, but yet they have not actually ever met there so call soul mate. And yet there will express what one is. is it that you know because of what everyone else has said or do you have friends that you think are a couple that are what seems to be soul mates? Ok, we all know that alot of people mean there partner to be and thats what i'm talking about. anthing else is not the conection that being on the net what your looking for. "Not" saying everyone is looking for that, but the ones that are and seem to know or have had one. It's just kinda funny to me knowing there on a dating site looking. I dont believe in 'soul' mates in any spiritual sense. But then there are people in this world who you really get on well with, or can really fall in love with. A soulmate is just a really good friend or lover. A lot of people have met on these sites though, there are real couples amongst us, and not just people that happen to like eachother from online. I will never dismiss the internet as a great place to meet people..it's the only place I can meet people..and I've met some really nice people online..guys and girls..just nothing stuck relationship wise. |

I don't believe in soulmates and I'm not looking for one. Do you believe in the Easter Bunny? No, but my sister is friends with the Tooth Fairy. (She's a dentist  ) Pretty nifty that Tooth Fairy. Gives out money. Gotta be careful though. He's doesn't always put the money between the right pillows.

They know me better (my soul) then anyone else even my family. so strange that you say that as I have a small group of friends from high school and we are the same way.. I have had a penpal for 53 yrs and sometimes we are only in touch a couple of times a yr but we can pick up the phone and talk like we just saw each other the day before. One time I called her and the phone never even rang, she had picked up the phone to call me at the same time.. How strange is that??
