I think I'm melting, it's well over 30. I'm still loving it though!
Beets the freezing temps I endured up north this last winter. -35 working in an unheated building and outdoors in the wind. I'm working on some of my own stuff today, getting ready for winter. It's coming soon enough. A few short months and back to the HELL of this desolate, frozen, god forsaken wasteland we so happily call home!
Two seasons here on the praries, winter and getting ready for winter. I wonder how many realise the exteremes we have here. temps from 45c to -45c with the occasional dip above or below. The winters are more than half the year and true summer is only about two months of the year. Pretty harsh climate and yet we stay here. I see no reason unless you're extracting resources or are supporting those who do. What a waste of energy to heat the millions of homes individually for months on end.
Maybe we should invade the US and Mexico.
Nah, I still think as Canadians we can find a solution diplomatically. Anybody want to help me start negotiations with some South American country for a trade of Saskatchewan or Manitoba for land somewhere warm year round!
