lol I'm cracking up over here laugh

To compare abortion to war is ridiculous. Abortion takes the life of an unborn child, and those fighting in the war protect YOU to keep saying the nonsense you are. War sucks, and innocent people do die. But it's necessary to keep this country free. And to compare a necessity to a selfish act is ****ed up.

This war is not protecting us so we can have free speech.

Sadam was no threat to us.frustrated

Sex Ed, we all need to do our part to prevent a need for abortion, no matter what u believe, abortion is a tragedy and if we can prevent the need for it, we should do it

"You want peace? Prepare for war."

War is necessary, terrible, but none the less necessary. Killing anything is horrible, and of course should always be a last resort. Personally I'm nuetral as far as the conflict goes now, I was against it starting but that is done and over with and there is nothing anyone can do about that now.

Abortion I believe should be the choice of the person(s) in question, I certainly don't want my heavy choices debated in a courtroom by a bunch of old guys in suits that will never understand the trauma that comes with some of the things I've been through...and in that I wouldn't expect anyone else to either.

Leave it be, choice is choice it is the fundamental on which this country was built...funny to see all the free speech word coming up around and how many of you forgot the freedom we should enjoy and not belittle...

 well said - people cant take care of their own business yet want to continously stick it in the affairs of others, because they know better... hell if this is true, fix things instead of sitting back, talking and passing blame.

Let me get this straight. If I am against abortion, meaning I am "Pro-Life" and I also support this war we are in, then I am basically a piece of s*it right? I mean, basically that is what the OP is calling me and others like this.

Here is the flaw with this title. Not all 'Right Wing Christians" support the war. And, guess what junior....not all "Right wing Christians" are pro-life. I know that last statement will shock you, but I have met some Christians who support Pro-Choice. Weird as that may be (and we can debate their Christianity in some other thread) it is truth.

You are basically taking two very different subjects, fusing them together, to get your jollies off. I love guys like you who take things like this, compare them, and go "Hey. Look what I found! I am a friggin genius!". How bout this? How about I take war, which is basically a means to murder (in your eyes) and compare it to a psychotic killer. Yeah...I like that. I am a friggin genius. Hey, it's murder. Soldiers in war are murderers right? Psychotic killers are murderers. We combine them into the same catagory cause they are...say it with me now....MURDERERS! Oh that is just brilliant. I love it. I am gonna go and write my cousin who is over in Iraq and tell him, "Hey Nathan. Thanks for murdering all those Iraqi's over there. I love you man. Kill em all if you have to." Yeah, that'll work.

Anyways, I'm pro-life because I don't agree with abortion. That is "MY CHOICE". Am I gonna tell someone to be the same? I will encourage people not to have abortions, but at the same time I won't try to force my belief on them. And, yes, I support those men and women who fight for our country. Am I tired of this war? You bet your ass I am. I want it to be over, but I support the military and as such I will back them no matter what. Wow. Amazing. I am against abortion and support our troops. I don't feel like a murderer. I feel that is pretty much normal.

Okay. End rant.

So...

Family planning... If you are a parent YOU should be responsible for teaching your children... not the government, not even you church (if you go to on)... Parents SHOULD be responsible for teaching their children.

That is the truest form of family planning.

and the bill McCain voted agains also had provisions for LATE TERM ABORTIONS. What a sick, sick concept. I would have voted against it. I have seen a late term ultra-sound... Can you say awake and aware.

This is an interesting statement. I mean, you say they are "anti-choice". But, didn't the right wing Christians "choose" their chance? So therefore, saying they are "anti-choice" is off...don't cha think?

no..because they are attempting to take away womens autonomy and rights over her own body...and because of the hipocrasy in failing to have a "pro-life" movement to abolish the death penalty and anti-war movements (after all isnt EVERY life sacred?). It boils down to control and hiding behind the banner of morality to do it...that is Facism.
