oh is it diffrent when a defensless baby is killed, who never asked to be made in the first place, or kill someone whos trying to kill you? from my standpoint,, theres a grand canyon of diffrence inbetween the two.

Not all killing is murder as murder is defined as follows: "The unlawful, malicious, and intentional killing of one human being by another." While war is going to result in loss of life it would not be considered murder.

Not all killing is murder as murder is defined as follows: "The unlawful, malicious, and intentional killing of one human being by another."
