Someone who has tried to help me with asking issue.. He asked me..."How does it make you feel to help someone?" I think most of us would agree that it makes us feel good to help. He then asked me, "Ok, if it makes you feel good to help someone, why are you robbing them of THEIR feel good feeling by not asking or allowing someone to help you".

you're not robbing them of anything, you're allowing someone who needs the help to seek it.

That's a valid point, but it backfires when they can't help you with whatever it is you need help with. It makes them feel like they've let you down. This is why I almost never ask anyone for anything.

I only ask for physical help, nothing mentally. I have a reputation to keep You mean like, "Ohhh I can't open that jar of pickles." "Ohh that is so heavy, can you carry it for me?" I was thinking "Hey guys, can you help me move mt everest to the left 10 degrees" or "I need help holding this atom while I fuse the centrifrugal collider to this water spicket" ::grunts like a man::

No not at all..if i need help i ask & i am very very devoted to the ppl i love & always ready to be there even if they dont ask. I can usually feel somethings going on with them...
