$10 of gas gave you 10 gallons Patti...my Grandpa used to dive 3o miles to get gas for 24 cents a gallon because it was 25 cents a gallon here....lol and I remember it! That's scary

And the Matinee. Hell, it isn't a "bargain" anymore. You used to could go to a matinee show for like $2.50, get a large coke and popcorn for about $3.00 total. You would spend like $5.50 on yourself. Hell, you pay $5-6 bucks for a matinee now, and don't even get me started on the cokes, corn, and candy.
