Yeah the good old days. When new cars were $2200. Gas was .42 cents a gallon. Lucky strikes were .56 a pack. And wages were $3000 a year. New houses were $18000. Now wages are $40,000 a year. New cars are $40,000. New houses are $205,000. Gas is $3.40 a gallon and camels are $5.12 a pack. Sign of the times. I spent all day saturday picking pumpkins with my family. Sure felt good to do family things and have a meal together.

I live in California, the bay area, where toll bridges are a way of life... in 1985, when we moved here, it was $.25 toll... Now it's $4.00 and they're talking about another raise.
