You mean he will bring down our economy slower or faster? To me, niether is a desired outcome. Shouldn't congress and the president to be, be working on making the economy go back up? Just a thought, but what do i know?

Just a thought, but what do i know?

Good point. The Economist is one of the more distinguished magazines on the planet. One neither John McCain or Sarah Palin are flipping through on a regular basis.

They lack the intellectual curiosity for it and the offices they seek.

My friend you stand behind someone you cant defend. What is his "amazing" economic plan? Name one major spending cut he will make in an effort to boost the value of the dollar.

Funny thing, Ron Paul has an economic plan that contradicts Obama's. Yet hes won awards from many economic firms for his knowledge. Im thinking this magazine is bought and payed for if ya know what i mean.

You can't double government spending, and lower taxes and expect the economy to do better my friend. No matter how you want to slice it. 1-1 does not equal 5 no matter what these economists say.

How many of them discuss the fact that the federal reserve is the cause to the decreased value of the american dollar? How many actually go against government overspending?

Are you forgetting who voted to pass this new bailout plan? According to many "economists", this was a good idea. Lets see what happens a couple years down the road. Ya think anything will honestly change in how our money is handled?

Drivin, they both spend our money. Look at the deficits of the past 8 years. McCain will continue spending on blowing $hit up and stockpiling stuff that blows $hit up. I'd rather see it invested in education, alt-energy, healthcare and rebuilding our national infrastructure.

The Economist is a euro trash rag.

Austrian anarchists.

puppets of the international banking cartel.

I don't buy their philosophy.

I buy into James Madison.

But then, I am out there.

a bit reactionary, I suppose.

It's a more romantic notion.

Biden said last night that Barry wants to blow Afghanistan up.

Those two war mongers want to escalate the conflict in Afghanistan and bomb it back into the stone age because it deserves more money spent on it than Iraq! Hell, it doesn't need our help, it is already in the stone age.

They are brilliant.

But..........

I can't be the hypocrit and vote for him since I have already bashed and trashed him so much already, huh?

The Economist is a euro trash rag.

Finally having McCain's staff school her on what she reads, Sarah Palin told FauxNews's Carl "Creepy" Cameron the list includes, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and yes, The Economist, among others... I'm guessing Moose Monthly.

Obama does not mention this..... so who will do this?

Obama plans on investing in the same things McCain is planning on investing in. And some healthcare, etc. on top of that. Where will the money come from? How come no one can defend Obama using logic? Me thinks he has round up some sheeple for himself...

in the world of economists that think barry's delusions are waaayyyyy better, of course.

you know, the world in which suffocating indebtedness and overextension of fiscal responsibilities is sound economic policy for a representative government of the people and for the people and by the people.

where else wwould we be talking about? earth?

yeah, right.
