I'm sure I have, yes. The 33 reasons letter I sent, for example. I was aware he had self esteem issues. But I did not think he realized how he was affecting others, so I decided his self esteem issues weren't as important as his selfishness and azzholishness. I do believe that could be categorized as kicking someone while they were down, figuratively speaking.

Humm sometimes you must kick them the rest of the way down so they will see what they just did.
Have you not heard when your down as low as you can go there is only one way left and that is up. With some they have to hit bottom before they can see what they have done!! |

The most valuable lessons I've learned in life are when I have been kicked while I was down, it motovated me to "get my ass in gear" I just consider paying it forward.....

With some they have to hit bottom before they can see what they have done!! and everyone's bottom is different. I have a friend who is an alcoholic and her bottom was getting kicked out of the Navy. She went to an AA meeting and there was a lady there who's bottom was burning a batch of brownies and having the smoke alarm go off..... |
