It's okay. Take the chocolatey stuff into the shower. Have some pure fun, doing something new with life. 
Roll with the flow. Stomp spongey wet bedding in a hot shower like you were stomping grapes to make wine. You can always sit down on the wet wads of stuff and cry, honk your nose, and wash it all away. Sorry. Hope your day gets better.
