Getting struck by lightning once is enough. Its the most painful thing you can experience. Remember when you were a kid and you slammed your pinky in the car door? You knew you slammed your pinky in a car door because all your nerve endings in your pinky were screaming pain to your brain. Getting struck by lightning is like having all the nerve endings in your entire body scream pain at the same moment to your brain. In essence it feels like your whole body just got slammed by a car door. 2 amperes will kill you. Having 2 million amperes go through you is just overkill joy and bliss. Being that lightning is hotter than the surface of the sun its no wonder that strange things happen to lightning victims. Like their shoes melt. Their clothes catch fire. The change in their pockets melt and weld together. People get blown out of their shoes and clothing. People are picked up and slammed into the ground with 8 to 10 G force power.
