Been married twice and would do it again. It's about trust and believing in family values which are slowly fading in this country. AGREED. No man will share my bed and my home until we are committed .. 
I believe in upholding an example of values & standards for my children as well as for myself

I don't do anything half-assed. So I say "yay marriage!" I do agree that you can't just jump into it. It's definitely important to take the time to get to know each other sufficiently.

Married to the wrong person; pretty much a daily grind. Married to the right person while you are trying your best to be the right person; well that makes getting up everyday Christmas.

Marriage takes two committed to each other...both with baggage coming into it. Hopefully both have the same end result in mind. Its just that sometimes one party does not share in the same values and beliefs.
After 12 years of it before it ended...I hope I find what I thought I had. I'll never know if it is possible unless I am willing to try it again. After what I've been through one would think I would be against it. |
