Ive always had cats.......and I had a dog once too. All of my cats have been huge.......I swore I wouldnt over feed the last 2.........but they cried!!!!

and they chase me until I feed them!!!

my cats are always hungry........I am not.......sometimes I forget to eat when Im busy.......  I do the same thing. Sometimes I am weakened by low blood sugar before I force myself to take a break and eat. And then I can't eat a bunch, because it slows me down...so I'm usually eating on the go. Nibble, nibble, and go go go.

and they chase me until I feed them!!! That's when I buy the catnip. And I put it outside. A sprinkle here...a little there...and a little dish of catfood. After a few episodes of that, the cats seemed to want to find places outside that were good for a lazy thoughtful time. And they lost weight. |

Nibble, nibble, and go go go. Are you hypoglycemic? I refuse to be slowed down by conditions. I know that my blood tests came back in the "You are almost a superman!!" category, for my age. And that's before and after fasting. So...I just have to eat a little, two or three times each day. I usually skip breakfast and also have a light dinner. |

Most diseases of the body can be cured by the attitudes of the mind......and a little bit of brocolli!!!

Fast food is a BORE...but I find about ten places that have smorgasboard salads and special dishes, and have those a few times each week. And the rest of the time, it's Arby's, Burger King, Taco Bell, and KFC.
But I don't eat for the thrill. I cannot taste a lot of the 'specialness' of special dishes. It's from not having a sense of smell, I guess. |

You are soooooo right. The mind's powers over the physiology are astounding. And...also...the true good of greens and pure water are this--->the chemical balance of the brain is directly and indirectly influenced by the performance of the liver. Clean livers influence so many organs, thereby enabling the organs and clear down to the bone marrow to do a better job. Hence...I HATE FAST FOOD AND JUNK...which is why I really dive into mixed salads each week. |

Im not chinese but sometimes eating just gets in my way of doing what I want.......I get too focused on things. One time, when I knew that I had a few days of time at home...I fasted for three days, and had this sea salt with warm water. And tea. That's all that I had, for three days...and it cleaned my system so radically that when I had a bowl of ice cream...the ice cream ingredients made my tongue go numb!
