get a smaller house...NO APT.!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I been thinking of a motor home  ...a smaller house on wheels Bad idea...I worked on those things for 5 yrs...they are junk...you might as well live in a cardboard box

If its just you living in the house then I would go smaller it will save you a lot of money! Unless you can get roomates.

Which is best??? I have a 5000 sq ft house which soaks up alot of money just heating and cooling...not to mention repairs, lawn care etc...I'm thinking real strong of downsizing... Its always better to own than rent simply because when you rent, you might as well be taking that money and setting fire to it each month. There is no equity whatsoever of course. |
