the stuff on "country" radio isn't country. it's just liight rock with a steel guitar and/or fiddle. New age country.....alot of it is still good though.....nice car there that car is the "high and mighty" ramchargers drag car from the early 60s. it was recently recreated, and they're slowly sneaking up on getting it running right. it was a very innovative machine in its day. as far as new country goes, i can take about 10 minutes of country radio and i'm done with it. i have a very wide taste in music, my mp3 player can go from punk to bluegrass to girlie piano music to alternative.

i listen to country,rock,classic rock,oldies,and hip hop.i've been influenced by a lot of different people with a lot of different kinds of music I really don't care for Rap or HeavyMetal. I do try to learn what the Teenagers like because I want to know Who/What My GrandChildren are talking about.[can't let them,think grandma is dumb]

country is really a state of mind, a way of feeling. and the music reflects that from the artist. if they are comfortable with the song and the music, they will make it an outstanding song. but,, like i said, its all a matter of preferance

az,, i dont find much weird. and its true country has some good looking people. and even though it may sound bad,, alot of ladies do love the country way of a man

Well thanks. My friends find it funny sayin, "you know you're asian right?" I love my rap and hip-hop and whatnot but sometimes you just wanna hear somethin with a lil heart, a story, some kinda emotion and I think country music does that better than most genres and why i find it so appealing.

alot of ladies do love the country way of a man Sigh, yes, the howdy ya'll, shy smile and tip of the hat, jeans. whoo boy!! It all goes with the image that envokes of southern hospitality and manners. Fanning self, I must stay away from this topic.

the yes ma'ams do get alot of attention. and the way we were raised by our parents have so much to do with the way we really are. i still love the smell of fresh turned earth. one of the sweetest smells on the planet in my mind
