Madison says he supports the troops and not the mission, much like myself, yet his posts have proved otherwise. actually from my point of view you both support the troops but not the war, however you come at if from different sides...posting anti-government threads doesnt make one anti-American or anti-troops...my son was in the Navy, served on the USS Lincoln, when I was in the states I was one of the loudest anti-invasion voices around and thats when the "war" was still popular...I supported the troops, thats why I fought so hard to get them back home safe and sound, where they belonged.... |

Are you saying that Saddam Hussein did not need to be overthrown and that he was not himself very evil? If you believe that iraq is not a terroist breeding ground, perhaps you'd be willing to relocate??? IF you can also believe that the whole middle east is not a ticking time bomb, and leaving there would be disasterous, Im happy for you. must be an easier world to live in knowing that pure evil and terror DO NOT exist. there are more terrorist groups in Iraq now that Hussein has been removed. His dictatorship was the only thing that prevented Iraq from becoming a terrorist training camp (which thanks to US intervention is just that)...oh, by the way...who put Hussein into power??, do ya know?? do ya...do ya...??? it was the United States...!!!!!

Its pretty simple most of the pro war crowd thinks the war is good, right or wrong its my country. To me that is faith based thinking. There is no proof the war is good, we were not greeted as liberators the Iraqis want us out as all polls show, the american people want us out of Iraq as all polls show and when the polls are posted you dog them for being a cut and paste. so when reality stares you straight in the face you revert to your faith based thinking that has no credible proof
