haha the International Red Cross found the US guilty of torture because we allow spanking in schools they have become a non-creditable organization that has moved from human relief operations to fervent political activists promoting socialism worldwide. I wouldn't use the Red Cross for a source

Anyone remember the first time Bush ran almost eight years ago when he said we are not in the business of nation building? More recently in Georgia Cheney made some nifty remarks about invading sovereign nations? It's damned amusing that when called on their b.s. the right raises the specter of their party's personal boogie man Bill Clinton. No wonder we are such a mess as a society. We are like a family with dysfunctional, violent and morally bankrupt children who's parents bicker with each other and refuse to admit their children might be doing wrong. When anyone raises the possibility that the children are behaving badly and voices a concern the little miscreants point to each other and cry,"He did it too. He did something worse" and go on to act in immoral, corrupt and self destructive ways. The trouble is they are not just destroying themselves they are bring down the whole neighborhood.
