Personally dont like him. I think he is a low life. His movies are edited and taken out of context to make it fit what he wants it too. He filmed a soldiers funeral without the family's permission and put a spin as if they were against the war. They were pissed cause thats not how they felt at all.

Canadian Bacon is his best movie

Okay, I'll bite. Who the hell is Moore?

Isn't he the one who did the life commercial?? Mikey will eat anything!!!

Well. He is the beloved icon and the prophet of Russian america-haters. Most of discussions of America are finished with "See a movie of Moor, you moron!" or "You don't understand anything, they lie you. See the real truth in movies of Moor"

He did the following movies

1.Fahrenheit 9-11(2004)-Released before the 2004 Presidential Election, Fahrenheit 9-11 examined the Bush administration's pretext for war and helped to divide the country and make Moore one of the most controversial figures in American culture. This film heavily influenced an entire election!

2.Sicko(2007)-Moore's most recent film examines the health care situation in America. One of the stunts reportadley in the film is Moore's trip to Cuba with 9/11 firemen to receive health care that they are not receiving in the state. Already the film is causing an uproar in political debate.

3.Roger & Me(1989)-The film that put Moore on the map.Moore tracks down GM CEO Roger Smith about the effects that Ford's massive downsizing had on the citizens of Flint, Michigan. Moore's confrontational style displayed in his later films is on full display in this film.

4.Bowling for Columbine(2002)-3 years after the tragic events at Columbine High School, Moore sets out to explain America's fascination with guns while at the same time examining America's level of fear compared with other countries. After this film, Moore became public enemy # 1 in the eyes of a large portion of the country.

5.The Big One(1997)-In this forgotten Moore film, corporate greed and political corruption are under the filmaker's microscope as he examines the disparity of salaries between employees and CEO's.

The word "idiot" is just not strong enough. Cannot stand the guy.

I suppose itdoesnt matter to point out how much better off the country would be had we paid Mr Moore a little more attention

If he was more truthful and less deceptive maybe people would pay more attention, but I am sure giving pros and cons isn't enough to get people to join his cause so he has to focus on only pros and lie and deceive to make more pros

There are plenty of countries for this man to live. USA should send him packing.

I suppose we all have our opinions of him but I find him to be more on target than off. Its not like he has some kind of corperate agenda like most of the talking heads over at fox news, I think he realy is looking out for simple folk and what is realy best of the majority of us

I brought the movie "bowling for Columbine" with me to Argentina...I show it to all my friends who idolize USA....big difference from the Hollywood propaganda machine...
