My Sat. night date was with a state trooper.
But I know her from church. I was quite suprised, she is a detective.
I want to see her again.

Hard for a guy to admit, his date is tougher than him.

Stepdaughter is law enforcement self-defense trainer.
Beats her 6'3" stepbrother when they get to playing.
Damn good lookin too.

Makes me laugh.

If I was a cop, I'd not date cops either. It is a SMALL pond of people and they all know each other by three degrees of separation. [not six]

Men struggle with strong women, and to be in a job where you are strong in physicality and in other areas, well that is too much for them to handle.

Just wait, you will meet the guy who says, "Cool. You got handcuffs"... and laugh.

Every cop I know is NOT married to another cop...With the exception of my Aunt and Uncle..One a Sgt. the other a Lt...both same force been married for awhile now...

The cops in the town I live in arent married to other cops here...Their wives and husbands work in various positions..

I think the trouble that you may find is men can be intimidated by a woman in a position of power...

I have been in law enforcement since I was 21 years old, both as sworn and now non-sworn. I have never dated anyone but cops. Every time a guy finds out about my career and he's not law enforcement they disappear. Is the fact that a woman is in this particular field just a major turn off for guys? It seems to be my experience.
flowerforyou I just dont like cops in generalflowerforyou

I think it would be cool. Women that have what it takes to get through the training, deserve respect and admiration. Then maybe she could do some take down moves on me! :-)

Cops tend to be players....its just the nature of the beast and I came to accept that a long time ago. Not all, obviously, but enough to make me not want to try again. So, its not like i won't date them under any circumstances but....okay I won't date them under any circumstances. Lol!

This is awful but you asked.

I read "The Choirboys", in the book women were all called pigs and when the cops get together for picnics the women were sexual slaves to the men. The author was an ex-cop and he stated women cops/dispatchers were highly attracted to other cops and that stayed with me. They loved bending over for the men at these functions. I read it during puberty so that is why it stuck with me. I put women law enforcement into the eww category. Awful.

K now I am older, still women cops still gross me out completely. (Sorry being truthful) they are authoritarian and give the appearance of being *****es. It comes down to appearances not actually who you are as a person.

On a side note last semester at school I heard that cops live 10 years less and have an almost 100 percent divorce rate.
Red flags...

Too tell the truth... everytime I see a Police woman... I am checking her out and thinking of her as a sex object.

Like in Police Academy I... That blonde with the sunglasses.

Sorry for the delay in responding. I was too busy bending over for my co-workers. Ya know, some people think being a sex slave is an easy job, but it's really time consuming and quite exhausting. flowerforyou

That was a movie, a satire no less...although some people do have a hard time differentiating between fantasy and reality.
