Just remember, your animals sense your stress and just like a child, your dog is looking to you for comfort and understanding in her time of need. So like others have said, it's best you find ways to relax. Maybe make yourself some tea.flowerforyou

never heard of a placenta coming out first. Sometimes 1st time mothers drop a pup somewhere and move again. they dontknow what to do. ive seen my cats and dogs do this in the past. Dont freak out but look around?

Well, Hell There is NO way of knowing if she did have one, My house is huge. Where would I look.
I know it wasn't a pup that came out. I am so SCARED she ate it . frown

u been watching her all this time? if u know everywhere she has been since the mucus plug first came out, i don't think u have to worry, but it doesn't hurt to look
she will not have had any pups prior to the mucus plug ejecting.
