Mine is, "What are your beliefs regarding pornography, prostitution, and the general acceptance of the exploitation of women, and what is your participation regarding any of it?".

I usually go with something like this... Do you mind if I ask you a personal question...What's your name? I always get scared with the 'do you mind if I ask you a personal question...' start Yeah, but when you follow it with just an inquirery as to their name, it usually gets a laugh, and a "Whoa, I didn't know you were going for something so intimate."

Funny, but the answer could be very telling! Mine? I try to keep things light and fun (cause feeling like you're on a job interview while on a date is tough), but I'm always curious to know what motivates them and why. If he's open with you it can lead to some great conversations...and insights!
