I had been on a number of sites for about 2 or 3 years and had no luck at all. I was COMPLETELY stunned to have met my Soul's delight here....  I never thought I'd meet that special someone online, but I did....It can happen  Angel, I'm glad you've met someone....  But it seems that's always someone else's story and not mine....  Maybe 2009 will be my year....   Bamagirl, ty for that lovely sentiment  To 2009 being Your year!!

I think I was born in the wrong country. I seem to be really attractive to women from other countrties that have nothing. Apparently I am at least a step up from that. :)

Oh yes... I have found plenty. But none are ready for anything serious. I have discovered recently, that about 85% of people online dating are just trying to get their feet wet again after being hurt. They are undecided if they want to even try again and aren't over the past yet. It makes it difficult to have a good, intriguing conversation with someone who doesn't even know who they are right now. So I have met a whole bunch of friends :) Oh I forgot... Women need to be independent but not... WTF??
