Let's change the story to Morning (hey math was never my strong suit!!)...as in Morning Glory flowerforyou

I'm happy to live in denial, where this little story is concerned....it was Morning!

"Morning is the best of all times in the garden. The sun is not yet hot.
Sweet vapors rise from the earth. Night dew clings to the soil
and makes plants glisten. Birds call to one another.
Bees are already at work."
- William Longgood

He left out dragonflies, butterflies and hummingbirds...

Wow...just wow...

Somehow that reminds me of one of my favorites. No animals though...

Nature's first green is gold
her hardest hue to hold
her early leafs aflower
but only so an hour
then leaf subsides to leaf
so eden did to gried
so dawn goes down to day
nothing gold can stay

Along a coast of lavender lupine
I watch the early piercing sunrise
I have never seen nature so supine
Its galore catches me by surprise
Waves roll gently to the shore
Their sound is a lullaby
Sea life is reclaimed
by its home once more
In a golden sky
the seagulls gracefully fly
Wind blows through the wild grass
As I walk on the soft sand
A weathered, wrinkled man is fishing for cod and bass
I admire the mystical land
Sunlight is reflected on the water
On the waves,
silver streaks of light are captured
In nature's rhapsody I love to saunter
Within nature I am accepted.

Wow, you're not just a funny guy!! flowerforyou

I like that.

I go to nature to be soothed and healed, and to have my senses put in order.
~~ John Burroughs

Not all nature has to consist of critters flitting about...the beach, the mountains, the prairie, the dessert, the water, the woods, the plains, the stars, the moon, the sun, (ok you get the idea...) is just as restoring to my soul. flowerforyou

This one will cool you down...

Frost with hint
of winter forms
in haste before
the new day warms.

Like tempered steel,
the blades of grass.
Kaleidescopes
on panes of glass.

And for the moment
all is still;
the world encased
against its will.

But as the morning
sun breaks through
the frost turns in
to morning dew.

Ok seriously someone had better make a fart joke quickly because this thread is going down hill FAST!

The teacher walks into the room and says... "OK class todays word is DEFINITLY, can anyone use the word in a sentence."

Little Susie stands up and say "The sky is DEFINITLY blue."

The teacher says; "Not necisarrily Susie, it can be blue, gray, or black, but nice try."

Little Johnny is in the back of the room and is waving his hands back and forth.

The teacher says " Yes Johnny, What is it?"

Johnny says " I have a question."

OK lets hear it, says the teacher.

Johnny says "Do Farts have lumps?"

The teacher says, "Well no they don't."

Little Johnny says "Well then I DEFINITLY just sh*t my pants!!!"

Yes! I DID cut and paste the typos too! It adds to it somehow......

You're not fooling anyone, you know. I'm amazed the 'warm fuzzy' lasted THIS long.
