Btw, tng...is it ok I I call you Kansas? Tng just makes me think of silly and sometimes naughty things.   Montana.... (can I call you Monty for short? No?) You (or most anybody else) can call me Kansas, Michael, or pretty much anything else as long as you clue me in that it's me. |

Oh, Kansas and I emailed a several emails back and forth - given that we're both smartazzes and, I don't know, kinda of the same vein...
I waited tables last summer at a place here - I served Kansas and his buddy several times, we discovered. They were real sweethearts and enjoyed my stories (they say)...we didn't recognize our profile pics for - he had a moustache then and my hair was always pulled back. Anyway...he's a good person - in real life and here. And the smartazz doesn't hurt. |

Guess it's me. Short story is, I was chatting with Ms. Montana a few weeks ago and she said something that triggered my memory. I asked her if she was a teacher and sometimes talked with a Georgia southern accent.... she says "Who do you know?" It turns out I actually knew her already. She had worked at a restaurant I used to frequent with a friend of mine and he and I used to go in to see her on a regular basis. And all the time I had seen her on this site I never recognized her.
