I couldn't care less if the clean shaven look is more attractive to some. I am the one who has to live with this so I do what makes me feel good. If any woman likes the neatly trimmed look, that is a plus!

I have a gotee. I've had it for almost 20 years. I'd feel naked without it.

NOW, BEFORE YOU MEN CLIMB ALL OVER ME ABOUT THIS ISSUE....I WANT TO KNOW WHY MEN WEAR BEARDS, MUSTACHES OR DO NOT BOTHER TO CUT THEIR HAIR OR WASH IT BY SOME PICTURES I'VE SEEN. I had a goatee and mustache for a while, then shaved off the mustache because it would not grow in very thick..just too thin. A year or so later, I decided to get rid of the goatee because I got tired of constantly trimming on it. In addition, my mustache and goatee would not connect with each other, so I always had the "Satan" kind of facial hair and some people thought I looked kind of sinister with it. So, for a couple years now I have had the clean shaven look..

I like beards, moustaches, long hair, if they are clean. Some men look good with facial hair & some look better without it. It all depends on his style & comfort. I worry more about his head & heart than his hair!

Some men look good with short hair and some with long. I was a stylist for 20 years and I can decipher who and what should be where and when.......

LOOKING FOR ANSWERS IN FORUM. because shaving can be such a pain in the butt, I shave sometimes and grow a beard others, have had a moustache since i was 17, just a preference, have found that when your hair is long or you have a beard people say shave it or cut it, when you have short hair and are clean shaved, inevitabley someone will say, oh, you would look so much better with long hair, or a beard or a shadow, so just wear it however it pleases you cause you can't please others any way you go it seems,,, cheers
